If you're singing please list the song title and artist/composer, and let us know if you will be providing the accompaniment or if you have the music but need accompaniment. Similarly if you are performing an instrumental piece, be sure to list the song title, artist/composer, and what instrument(s) you will be playing. If you are doing a different type of act such as performing magic tricks, dancing, juggling, doing a mime or ventriloquist act, etc. please describe what you will be doing and any staging or audio support that you will need.
