Prayers for Katie

We join Cheryl in praying for her daughter Katie.  We are excited that Katie is pregnant with twins!  However, today she will be having surgery to correct a blood flow issue that is providing too much to one twin and not enough to the other.  Katie will need to remain on bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy following the surgery today.  Our prayers are with Katie and her husband Pete as they face this difficult road ahead.

Loving God, we pray for Katie, Pete, and the twins she is carrying.  Bring the healing and hope today and throughout the months ahead.  Use the surgical team and all those who will be caring for her throughout this pregnancy to be your hands of healing.  Surround Katie and Pete with family and friends who they can lean on for support and through the power of your Holy Spirit help them to know and trust your faithful care in all things.  ​
