Prayers for Those with Covid

As you are all certainly aware, Covid is spreading rapidly throughout our area currently and I know many of you have friends and family dealing with exposure, quarantines, sickness, and in some cases serious illness.  I heard from Sue V. who asks for prayers for her son, Chaz who is sick at home with Covid.  And I heard today from Laura S. whose brother Bob is in critical care with Covid.  Please Bob, Laura, their mom Eleanor M. and family, as well as Chaz, Sue, and their family, and those you know who are working through this troublesome spike in our fight with Covid.

Loving Father, we pray for your healing, help, comfort, and guidance as we work through the many difficult choices and decisions that need to be made.  Help us to work together to support and encourage one another.  Equip our hospitals and medical teams with the resources and wisdom they need to provide healing and hope for those in need who depend upon them.  And surround us all with your Holy Spirit so that we may live with love, grace, mercy, and peace beyond measure, in Jesus' name.
