Dana has sets of materials with instructions for making 5 Facemasks for the staff at University Hospitals.  You will need a sewing machine and thread, all other materials are included.

Those living in long-term care facilities are generally at high risk and in many cases can not have visitors during this time.  Getting a picture drawn by a child or a note of encouragement at this time is especially appreciated.  Since we do not know who, specifically, will receive them, please do not send faith based materials.  "You are Loved" is just as meaningful during this time as "Jesus Loves You."  All notes and cards can be sent to Advent or dropped off at the church for bulk distribution to local long-term facilities.
