We need your help in planning for this year's Christmas worship schedule.  We are anticipating the need for more service times this season so that we can maintain social distancing and provide opportunity for all who would like to attend a service in person to do so.  We will be live streaming one or more of the service times as well for those who are not able or do not feel comfortable worshiping indoors yet. Please share your thoughts with us on the type of service and time of service you are most likely to attend this Christmas.

Advent has a long standing partnership with H3O (Hands, Hearts, and Homes Outreach).  H3O provides donated furniture, clothing, bedding, kitchen and household supplies, as well as personal care items that are distributed to those in need.
During this pandemic, a lot of the work of H3O has been on hold or greatly reduced.  While the furniture and housewares remains on hold, H3O is planning to resume distribution of personal care kits again at St. Herman's on Sunday, October 25.  
We invite you to support this effort by donating items that are in greatest need for those kits.  The items listed below are in order of need.  Please drop them off weekday afternoons in the entrance area at Advent or on Sunday morning if you are attending the indoor or outdoor service.

• Shaving Cream
• Razors
• Wash Cloths
• Men's and Women's Deodorants
