God's Work Our Hands Day

Once again this year our congregation will be joining with our national church in serving our neighbors on God's Work Our Hand day, Saturday, September 12.  This year we are joining forces with our neighbors up the street at the Catholic Church of the Resurrection.  Resurrection has been holding a day of service on the same weekend as God's Work Our Hands day for the past five years.  Joining forces with Resurrection allows us to offer more choices than ever on where to serve.  We will be serving at more than a dozen locations providing needed cleanup efforts, food and health assistance, and more as we build relationship through service and kindness.
